Luke Penne is a Senior Business Development Manager within Constellation’s Solutions group. He leads the company’s 24x7 carbon-free product development and pilot program for corporate and industrial customers. Luke also enjoys serving as an Impact Leader for Constellation where he organizes local volunteer events and charitable giving campaigns.

In his previous role with Constellation, Luke served as a Senior Operations Analyst for the wholesale PJM power and environmental trading teams. He was responsible for managing all settlements with renewable generators and utilities in the region, along with energy attribute credit tracking and retirement for compliance and voluntary programs.


Before joining Constellation in 2018, Luke was a Lead Associate in Morgan Stanley’s operations department. He worked with counterparties to ensure timely reconciliation of derivative transactions for the fixed income and commodities trading desks.

Luke holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Baltimore and a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from Towson University where he graduated summa cum laude. In addition, Luke recently completed the Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies certificate program through Stanford’s Center for Professional Development.
