Joe joined Nexamp in 2014, where he originated net metering agreements for Nexamp’s portfolio of Massachusetts solar projects, before spending three years developing community solar projects in New York. In 2019, Joe returned to anchor offtake origination, where he now leads a team charged with identifying, evaluating and negotiating power purchase agreements and virtual net metering contracts for commercial and industrial customers. During this period, this team has originated 250 MW+ of anchor offtake, most of which sits on community solar assets located across the country. Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in American Studies with a minor in Economics from Middlebury College.
