Matt coordinates the City of Milwaukee's Energy Reduction Team, which is tasked with reducing energy use and emissions from city buildings, fleet, and operations. Matt also manages the City’s other energy efficiency programs and initiatives, including the Better Buildings Challenge for commercial buildings, Me2 residential energy efficiency financing program, the City of Milwaukee PACE program, and the City’s interdepartmental EV readiness team. Matt received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and his Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
